Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with www.xinjiangtravel.com
Reservation and Deposit
Once the tour is confirmed, we require 20% of the total tour cost as a deposit which can be paid by choosing one of the payment methods in blow. Remaining amount is required in full upon arrival before starting the tour. Please note that no tour is considered confirmed unless the deposit is paid.
The 20% of the total tour cost is standard deposit, we may require more than 20% deposit when your booking involved connected flight and train tickets. These details will be discussed privately in the email as each booking is different.
Following are the three most popular and safe payment methods which we use at Xinjiang Travel. Please choose one which is most convenient and cost effective. Once you make your decision about which payment method to use, please let your tour consultant know so that he/she can send you the payment details in the email. Once you make the payment, please scan/take a picture of the receipt and send it to us via email.
Sending money to us via Western Union is easy and we receive in no time. If you have Western Union service near you, it is one of the convenient and fastest way of getting the money to us.
Once you sent the money, please let us know the senders full name, amount, senders address and money control number so that we can withdraw the money from our Western Union.
Send us money with PayPal with or without having PayPal account.
Sending money via PayPal is faster, and safer way to get the money to us. You can send us the money by signing in to your account in PayPal to our PayPal account. If you don’t have PayPal account, you can still pay us with your Visa or Master card by following the invoice link sent to you from our PayPal account. When you pay us via PayPal, please add 4.4% service charge for PayPal on top of the amount which you are going to pay.
Wire transfer payment is made to our Bank of China account from your bank in overseas. If you are living in China and don’t have Chinese bank account, you can transfer the money to us by going to one of the Bank of China branches near you. Wire transfers from overseas generally take 3 – 5 working days.
If you send it within China, it will take no time for us to receive the money after you sent it.
Please note that our account accepts most of currencies from overseas so please send us the money in your currency or in US dollar. When we withdraw the money, we will let you know how much we received and what is the balance which is due when you arrive.
Note: You can send us the money by using any options available above. Once you send the money by using any option above, we highly request you to let us know so that if we don’t receive it within a time frame we normally receive, we can follow up with involved parties.
Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel a part or all of the confirmed tour, a cancellation fee will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation.
If the trip is cancelled:
2 months before the trip, a $150 US processing fee per person applies.
1 month before the trip, a charge of $300 US per person is payable.
1 week before the trip, you will be charged 50% of the total paid amount.
If you leave the trip for any reason, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you failed to join a tour, join it after its departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by various ticket offices, accommodation providers, transport operators, and third party tours.
If you feel unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify your guide immediately. If they can’t resolve the problem, please call or email your tour consultant. He/she should be able to resolve the problem. If you fail to follow this course, any claim for compensation may be reduced or denied. If you have any unresolved complaints, you must write to us within 10 days of completing the tour.
We at Xinjiangtravel.com reserve the right to postpone, alter or cancel the tour service as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances for the convenience of operation and safety of clients and staff. Any additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen change will be charged to client or discussed with them . If any overcharge will be refunded.
We at Xinjiangtravel.com do not take any responsibility for any items purchased at shops during the tours. Any items purchased after service hours, it is between the shop and consumer.
